Background and objective:

The Chair for Work, Human Resources and Leadership supports VIACTIV in its organizational development by gathering, evaluating and graphically displaying data from employee assessments in a structured manner and offering approaches for its interpretation. The range of content is very extensive including among others the topics of leadership, work design, digital transformation, mobile and hybrid work, job satisfaction, innovative ability and further training.  In addition to presenting results to the Executive Board and the entire workforce, detailed evaluations are also carried out. This includes detailed feedback on leadership behavior based on self- and external assessments. The evaluations and interpretations are incorporated into the company’s personnel and organizational development measures, thus contributing to successful organizational change.
