The topic covered in this podcast is the interplay of the AI and HRD disciplines. To begin with, the term “Artificial Intelligence” or “Artificial Intelligence” is explained, as well as why AI is currently the subject of so much discussion in the global media and research trends. It then discusses the extent to which AI will change the organization in companies and what change this will bring about for individual employees. The last block to be discussed is HRD, namely the practice, the associated education, and the science and research behind it.
