This year, EURAM invited participants to
Dublin from 13 to 16 June 2023 at the historic Trinity College The IAW was represented
by Immanuel Lutzeyer and Annabelle Beyer. Immanuel Lutzeyer
presented the joint contribution with Prof. Dr. Uta Wilkens & Dr. Saskia
Hohagen with the title “Leadership behaviour fostering collective minds of
dynamic capabilities – Insights from a case study analysis” in the track
“Microfoundations of Strategy: Dynamic Capabilities and Knowledge Mechanisms”,
while Annabelle Beyer presented the joint contribution with Dr. Saskia Hohagen,
Dr. Valentin Langholf & Prof. Dr. Uta Wilkens with the title “Influence of
team competencies on team performance – a simulation-based study” in the track
“Team Performance Management” and acted as discussant
afterwards. Both contributions benefited from the lively expert discussion
afterwards. In addition, networking within the professional community was again particularly valuable
this year and was promoted by EURAM
through an attractive additional program. We thank the participants,
moderators, and the event team for a very successful conference.
